Our World Polio Day event is still TBD for October 24th.

Foundation giving for the year so far:
$3,000 annual fund goal is already at 54% with $1,620 already given.
If you would like to donate to the RI Foundation, you can go online or give a check to Tom.

In old business…

The FFA tractor pull went well!  Still working a few kinks out, but it was a gorgeous day and all had fun.

District Conference is 19 October in Oswego at the Lake Ontario Conference Center.  There’s still time to register and join Rotarians and their families from around the district!

Last year’s scholarship recipients are contacting us/the school to get their money.

Our program tonight was YE student Aori, who shared with us about her home in Japan.  She lives with her parents, brother, sister, grandparents and pet rabbit named Belle. She loves Disney and has been dreaming of spending a year abroad for a long time.  She is enjoying her time in “beautiful Moravia” and loves pizza and trying all the different foods here in NY. She had remarked the portion sizes are much larger here than at home!  She is currently playing volleyball and looking forward to all the opportunities YE will give her this year!
